Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our football training facility for your training needs. In order to provide the best service to all of our clients, please carefully read and understand our booking policy.
All bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system or by contacting our facility directly.
Payment for training sessions must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and cash payments.
There are no refunds for cancelled training sessions. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule your session.
If you need to cancel a training session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You may reschedule your session for a future date and time that is convenient for you, subject to availability.
In the event of a last-minute cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. injury, illness), please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to make accommodations on a case-by-case basis.
If you fail to show up for your scheduled training session without prior notification, you will forfeit your payment and will not be able to reschedule the session.
